At Cloudflare Electronics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5 business days.
